Process for Replacement

Once we receive your notification and verify the issue, we will initiate the replacement process as follows:

  2. Confirmation: Upon verification, we will notify you of the approval of your replacement request and provide further instructions.
  3. Replacement Shipment: We will ship a replacement item to you at an additional shipping cost. Depending on availability, this may include an identical item or a suitable alternative.
  4. Return of Defective Item: In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item to us. Shipping charges will be given to the respective account in such cases.

Exceptions

While we strive to provide replacements for all eligible cases, there are some exceptions:
